The 3-4 year old class (Little Garden) divided into committees, all focused on how to keep the blueberry plants on the school side yard growing, healthy, and even, happy. After each student selected their preferred committee (Protection, Gift Giving, and Fixing), the teachers developed a curriculum to focus on identified core concepts.
The Garden teaching team discussed where our learners are in their endeavors and possible next-steps in our curriculum planning. The core concepts we have noticed (noting our inquiry process of the Little Garden fall Roundtable) include:

Full of excitement (the fix-it-bug), the team explored every corner of the school, looking for more items they could fix.
